As Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll create useful, credible content that helps teams understand AI-powered operations and workflow automation. You’ll write articles, guides, case studies, newsletters, and launch content that turn complex ideas into clear stories.

This Dublin-based role is for a writer who cares about clarity, structure, and business relevance. You’ll collaborate with product marketing, customer teams, and subject-matter experts to build content that supports awareness, education, and demand.

Write blog posts, guides, emails, social content, and customer stories.

Skill Requirements

Interview internal experts and turn insights into clear educational content.

• Support editorial planning, SEO briefs, and content performance reporting.

• Maintain a consistent voice across product, thought leadership, and campaign materials.

• 2+ years of content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or communications experience.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to simplify technical or strategic topics without losing accuracy.

• Experience with SaaS, AI, automation, or B2B content is a plus.
